Reddit Testimonial (r/childfree)

performed a bilateral salpingectomy Feb 2025 on me, 33F engaged to 32M, both childfree. I have BCBS (KS) and they are covering every aspect of it 100%. Dr. Do was very attentive and straightforward the first time I met her and took me seriously when I stated my intentions to be sterilized. She made sure I knew she didn’t do tubal ligations, only bilateral salpingectomies which is exactly what I wanted. My procedure went very smoothly and I’m currently on day 3 with minimal swelling or pain, no bruises, and she also did not use a catheter or uterine manipulator which I was pleased about (I did not ask her to refrain from these devices).
