“I have always been extremely passionate about women’s healthcare, and I feel incredibly blessed to have a profession that I truly enjoy. Between caring for patients in the office, spending time on labor and delivery, and working in the operating room, each day is exciting. I love coming to work every day, and I think that is reflected in the way that I care for my patients. I strive to create a judgment-free environment that makes everyone feel welcome. I believe it’s important to make women feel comfortable and informed, so they can be involved in their own medical decision-making. My favorite aspect of my job is that I can spend time chatting with my patients, really getting to know them and their families, hearing their stories, and learning about their backgrounds. When caring for women through the various stages of their lives, there is something special about every encounter.”
When she’s not working, Dr. Brulja enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They love taking family road trips to Colorado, exploring national forests, and hiking through the mountains together. Her other hobbies include baking and decorating unique cakes for family and friends.
