Dr. Amanda Pearson was born and raised in Louisiana and is dedicated to providing compassionate care to women of all ages at Louisiana Women’s Healthcare in Baton Rouge. Her clinical interests include gynecology, obstetrics, HPV and abnormal paps, minimally invasive surgery, and a strong commitment to patient education. She also specializes in robotic-assisted hysterectomy.
Dr. Pearson graduated from Louisiana State University in 1998 and then continued at the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport in 2002. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2006 and served as a chief administrative resident.
Dr. Pearson is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She’s also a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a member of the Louisiana State Medical Society.
Dr. Pearson enjoys spending her time off from work with her husband, two daughters, and her son.
