I was born in Taiwan, but have lived in the South since I was four months old. I am the youngest of four girls in my family. Most of my time outside of work is spent with family. When I am not at work or with family and friends, I am finding ways to stay fit or researching places to visit. My motto for exercise is, “It must be fun!” I enjoy hiking, Zumba, tennis, walking and weight training. I am always up for new fun ideas on how to stay fit. If you allow me the opportunity to participate in your health care, please let me know what you do for fun!
About my practice
My medical training in osteopathic medicine has taught me the importance of the mind, body and spirit of each individual person. Our bodies are made to fight illnesses, if given the right ingredients. It is our responsibility to treat our minds and bodies with great dignity and pride. I try to promote a healthy lifestyle balancing our daily stressful lives with fun, healthy eating, physical activity and positive thinking. I started with Kaiser Permanente in 2013, and I am excited about the resources our company has to promote healthier living through classes for their members and employees. I encourage all of our members to check out these great opportunities!
