Joyce Women’s Premier Health 1009 Beaver Grade Rd #200, Moon Twp, Pennsylvania 15108 412-264-2450. Performed bilateral salpingectomy 29F, divorced. She agreed to perform a bisalp with no bingos. She asked if my partner is on board, but I think she was screening for abuse/coercion. Otherwise, she went through the process, explained it was permanent, offered other options, and then helped me move forward with scheduling. She checked one more time before surgery, still no bingos.
