In my practice, I care for pregnant people and those with gynecologic emergencies. I am grateful that I can help families navigate the vulnerable and usually joyful experience of welcoming a new child. It’s very meaningful to be able to care for and help pregnant people and their families—even through hard times. I love the deep connections made in each care experience and the knowledge that each pregnancy and birth is unique.
I also value the care I give to people navigating emergency gynecologic conditions. I help them understand their condition and our team’s recommendations. My priority is always to ensure that I provide time-sensitive, patient-centered care.
Part of caring for patients involves lots of active listening. I want people to feel comfortable asking questions and bringing up concerns. Whether helping a patient through an emergency or a childbirth experience, I provide calm and compassionate care.
