INOVA OB/GYN McLean VA. I’m a 34 year old cis woman, unmarried, no children. Asked Dr. Homaifar about sterilization at our first visit. She asked a few questions and said yes immediately. I was really shockedI’ve been told no many times before. The surgery was easy to schedule. I got no pushback from her or her team. I had my bilateral salpingectomy yesterday and all went well.
