Alexandra Regens, M.D., is an obstetrician-gynecologist with OU Health Physicians in Oklahoma City. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the OU College of Medicine.
For Dr. Regens, being an obstetrician-gynecologist is more than just a job. She considers it an honor to partner with women on medical decision making through what can be their most joyous and difficult moments.
In addition to direct care for patients at OU Health, Dr. Regens is an active leader within the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists. She enjoys advocating for policy change to advance women’s health, especially concerning maternal mortality and access to care.
Dr. Regens lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and son. She is a diehard Thunder fan and self-proclaimed local foodie. She enjoys traveling, seeing live music and spending time with her family.
