Allison Murphy, MD joined ACOOG in 2017. She earned a B.A. in Mathematics at Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA where she also played on the Division III Lacrosse team. She completed her medical training at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Murphy then completed her Ob/gyn residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She is now a teaching attending for the Ob/gyn residency programs at both Riverside Methodist Hospital and Ohio State University’s program through St. Ann’s. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, Netflix and spending time with her family. Dr. Murphy, who grew up in Powell, now lives in Worthington with her husband, Brandon, a general surgeon, their 2 sons and golden retriever.
