Anita Patibandla, MD is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist (OB-GYN).
Obstetrics is the medical field that focuses on caring for women while they are pregnant and during the postpartum period after the baby is born.
Gynecology is a women's health specialty that screens for and treats diseases and conditions of the female reproductive organs. Gynecologists help diagnose cervical and ovarian cancers and treat irregularities or painful conditions in people who menstruate.
Care philosophy: Dr. Patibandla strongly believes that women are the backbone of their family unit and communities, and when equipped with information and education about their conditions and health, they are fully capable of making the best decisions for the health and well-being of both themselves and their families. She is very passionate about providing her patients with education and learning from them.
