Anju T. Nayar, MD, FACOG is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynecologist at Burlington OBGYN Associates, in Burlington, Massachusetts. Dr. Nayar is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She serves as the Chief of Gynecology at Winchester Hospital. Dr. Nayar is the Chair of the OBGYN Quality Assessment Committee and a member of the Policy Committee Office at Winchester Hospital. Dr. Nayar founded Nova Women’s Health www.novaobgyn.com and sees patients at Nova Women’s Health’s North Reading location as well.
Dr. Nayar earned her medical degree from the University of Kerala in Kerala, India, and completed her internship and OBGYN residency at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, New York. She has over a decade of medical experience managing all aspects of women’s health.
Dr. Nayar routinely manages normal and high-risk pregnancies, including vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC). She is also skilled in hysteroscopy, vaginal surgery, preventive care, contraception and family planning, sexual health, colposcopies, and low- and high-risk obstetrics care. She manages abnormal bleeding, abnormal Pap smears, menstrual abnormalities, and many other gynecological conditions.
Her years of experience and OBGYN expertise ensure superior outcomes for patients of all ages. Dr. Nayar focuses on enhancing the quality of life for both pregnant and gynecology patients – reducing risk of complications or adverse medical outcomes.
