Dr. Beverly Alten is extremely attentive to patient concerns and questions, and she responds with clear, informative responses. During a routine visit in April 2023, I [38/F/Married/No kids] expressed my dissatisfaction with other methods of BC (pill, implant, IUD). I asked about surgeries and we agreed that tubal removal was the best choice for me. No bingos, no pushback- only support. She provided the consent form and I signed it there in the exam room. The surgery [bilateral salpingectomy with IUD removal] took place in July 2023 and I couldn’t be happier with the recovery process and outcome. NB use with caution if under 30 as this doctor may not be willing to work with younger patients.
