Reproductive freedom for all ♀

About

Growing up in Southern California, I have always loved the outdoors including hiking, running, and playing tennis. My love for the outdoors made the Bay Area the perfect place to live since 2014. I did my residency training at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco and was fortunate to accept a position at Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek after finishing my training.

I have a particular interest in Global Health and I have spent time in many countries around the world while involved in volunteer opportunities. I have had the opportunity to care for patients in Guatemala, India, Ecuador, and Argentina. As a result, I thoroughly enjoy caring for a diverse population of patients.

I chose Ob/Gyn as a career to be in the position to positively impact the lives of women, particularly during the process of starting a family. I see it as a privilege to be able to care for women at the most personal moments of their life such as during childbirth, planning for a family, or choosing the right contraception. I believe that women should be informed and active participants in their care thus communication is an important aspect in establishing a strong doctor-patient relationship.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and allowing me to be involved in your care.

Reddit Testimonial (r/childfree)

34 year old cis woman, married and childfree. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. Didn’t get bingoed once by any member of my care team. Just a quick confirmation that I know is permanent, and it’s what I want. From the initial message to the day of surgery, the wait time was about 1.5 months. My copay was only $10 on the day of surgery. I have kaiser through my job (local county).
