Reddit Testimonial (r/childfree)

Bilateral salpingectomy, 30 years old, single, childfree. Got the procedure in November 2023. Zero pushback at all. I made known I wanted the procedure and she said ok and we got it scheduled. She even reassured me it was my choice and she wasn’t going to be a barrier to me choosing what was best for me. She made me feel very respected and understood. She did my sisters (35 married childfree) sterilization too. Great experiences for both of us. My recovery was painless and quick. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
