West Chester, Pennsylvania. Bilateral Salpingectomy for a 33F. Dr. Kansky is incredible: supportive, positive, affirming, the whole nine yards. I scheduled a consult with her about a bilateral salpingectomy, which she performed on me about two months later, and she didn’t bat an eye. Said that it was my body and my choice and that it’s no business of hers to tell me or anyone what to do with their bodies, no matter how many children they have had (including zero). Never asked me about whether or not I had a partner and what they thought. It was truly just between me as a patient and her as my doctor.
