Reproductive freedom for all ♀

About

I became a doctor at 21 years old and have been practicing obstetrics and gynecology for 28 years, so I have a wealth of experience in caring for women and their unique health issues. I like to take care of my own patients, so I do whatever needs to be done for them.

Continuity of care is so important. My patients stay with me over the long term, and I connect with them on a personal level. That is not possible in many other medical fields, which is why I chose to devote my life and career to women’s health. As OB-GYN providers, we get to see patients year after year and often take care of several women in the same family. My goal is always to offer individualized care to my patients and their families. It matters.

I’m 33, married, with no children. I confirmed with her during my appointment that if I got pregnant suddenly I would schedule an abortion, and after filling out paperwork required for the state we scheduled the procedure. There was no second guessing, no persuading me otherwise – she trusted that I knew what I wanted for my body. There was a required 30 day waiting period due to a combination of my health insurance and state law, but there were no intentional delays from her side.
