500 Medical Center Boulevard Suite 390 Lawrenceville, GA 30046 470-325-1800. She is new at Northside and used to work at Emory, another place with childfree doctors. I 19F, personally have a hysterectomy with her due to endometriosis, but the appointment was originally about sterilization. she and her receptionist have both confirmed she does these procedures on 18 year olds and above that are also childfree without any bingoes at all. the only reason that it could be denied is due to insurance.
