Reproductive freedom for all ♀

About

Additional Information

I was drawn to general obstetrics and gynecology for the people and the variety of the specialty.  I truly enjoy talking with patients as well as employing my surgical skills when indicated.  I like having the opportunity to follow a woman through adolescence, reproductive years and past menopause.  Women’s healthcare requires a safe place and the ability to talk about anything; I enjoy creating that environment and being someone patients can trust.

I like to be open with my patients.  I let them know what I am thinking and work with them to make decisions as a team about their care.  I believe my strengths are listening to patients, my empathy, my ability to translate complex medical concepts into something understandable, and my technical skills.

I like to spend time with friends and family.  You may find me inside cooking, or outside hiking, gardening, golfing, or skiing.
