Dr. Emily Rogers grew up near Akron, OH. She attended The Ohio State University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. Dr. Rogers then went on to complete medical school at Ohio University. She returned to Columbus and completed her residency training at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Dr. Rogers lives in Columbus with her husband and their two golden retrievers, Maggie and Franklin.
I (23f, childfree since I can remember, and in a long term relationship but not yet married) had a laproscopic bilateral salpingectomy performed by Dr. Rogers from Womens Physicians in OBGYN, Dec 2024. Surgery was done at the Same Day Surgery Center at Riverside Methodist. I was never bingo’d, never asked to think twice, and had no trouble setting up appointments. They let my partner stay with me after I was prepped, until I was wheeled into the surgery room. Dr. Rogers and the team were so kind and professional, and I had a wonderful experience with no complications.
