Bilateral Salpingectomy. Preformed in 2020 on 30f. I had sterilsation on my mind; however, she offered it before I even asked. She asked about passed BC options I had used and what my futur life goals were partaining to the use of BC (basically asked if I plan to even be off of it to have children) before offering staralization. Brought the concent form in and informed me I can change my mind anytime before surgery, and that she is open to any questions as well. Very friendly and patiant.
