Dr. Massey performed a bilateral salpingectomy on me. I am 24 years old, unmarried, and in a relationship. I have no children and intend to remain childfree. Insurance required that I wait 30 days between the consultation and the surgery in case I change my mind which Dr. Massey expressed disapproval of.
