I was recommended to see Dr Lee to discuss an option of getting a hysterectomy instead of just a bisalp due to my genetic mutations (lynch syndrome and PTEN). I’m 26 and married, no children. No bingos, besides from the surgeon but I think she just wanted to be 100% sure this was what I wanted. After I confirmed multiple times it was and had no interest in babies, she was very professional and cordial. She even asked me minutes before my surgery if I was sure and I said yes. Insurance approved pre-authorization within a week or two. estimated cost from insurance (UHC) ~$3300 in total.
