+1 Lisa Obasi (Los Angeles, CA), Consultation for a bilateral salpingectomy, 29 – single – no kids. I arrived for my appointment right on time and was taken straight back. Nurse did the usual weight/blood pressure check and went through medical chart updates. Doctor Obasi came in shortly thereafter. She was very warm, very friendly and super personable. I told her I had already gone through this consultation process before and she took me at my word. No bingos, just the “warnings” and information they are legally required to tell you. She explained the procedure, had me sign a sterilization consent form in order to get the process going, and now I’m just waiting for the hospital to call and schedule the surgery.
