I joined the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group because, as a resident at Washington Hospital Center, I had the opportunity to work with physicians from this wonderful medical group. I was extremely impressed by their level of expertise, their cohesiveness as a group, and their eagerness to provide top-notch care to their patients. I am very proud to now be a member of the group.
My interest in medicine began when I was about four or five years old. I had been watching a medical program on television with my parents, and I turned to them and said, “I want to do that”.
I like being a physician because I have the opportunity to help others who are in need, to improve their quality of life, and to form interpersonal relationships with my patients.
It is important that my patients know that I am dedicated to providing them with quality healthcare and always have their best interest in mind.
I have a special clinical interest in laparoscopic surgery, which I feel can be very beneficial to patients who are good candidates.
I look forward to partnering with you on maintaining your continued health and wellness.
