Dr. Michelle Muldrow, a founding physician of Innovative Women’s OBGYN, is a native Texan from Laredo. She pursued advanced education in social work then focused on medicine. Dr. Muldrow earned her osteopathic medical degree with honors, then completed her internship and residency on the East Coast She returned to Texas to focus on caring for women of all ages and in all stages of life. Her osteopathic training is the foundation for her holistic and hands-on approach to providing medical care with an emphasis on preventative measures. Dr. Muldrow is an advocate for her patients as she supports them with loyalty, compassion and empathy. As a social worker, she gained valuable experience working with victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as people with issues related to mental health. Dr. Muldrow is committed to educating her patients, so that they can be active participants in decisions about their care. Her approach is caring and inclusive of women throughout their lives. She considers it a true honor to be a partner in her patients’ significant life moments – through the good times and the difficult times. Dr. Muldrow enjoys time with family, friends and pets. She enjoys pursuing fitness goals, dancing, hosting at her home, road trips, and outdoor activities. She is enthusiastic about getting involved with and watching her daughter through her various extracurricular activities. Dr. Muldrow is fluent in English and Spanish.
