Dr. Noelle Zavala is a Lubbock native and Texas Tech University graduate. She decided to return home after completing medical school and residency at UT Southwestern and Parkland in Dallas. Her interests capture a wide variety of patients including those with low risk & high-risk pregnancies, those who need reproductive care or contraception, and those with problematic gynecologic issues (e.g., abnormal uterine bleeding, vulvovaginal complaints, pain, etc). Special interests include chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, vulvar dermatology, and obesity’s effects on pregnancy and gynecologic issues. When it comes to gynecologic surgery, she practices minimally invasive surgery to minimize pain and have patients “feeling back to normal” ASAP! Dr. Zavala is certified for the use of the DaVinci Robotic Platform which allows a minimally invasive approach to more varied pathology, complex surgical histories, and patients who may otherwise have an “open” surgery.
