Reproductive freedom for all ♀

About

I am fairly new to California. I was in private practice in Chicago until 2004. I moved to the Sacramento area for family (my husband is originally from Sacramento). It was also a great opportunity to work at Kaiser Permanente in South Sacramento/Elk Grove.

I thoroughly enjoy my obstetrics and gynecology practice here. I work in a very collegial and friendly department. I practice all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. I strive to practice evidence-based medicine with a warm and personable touch. I especially enjoy delivering babies and performing minimally invasive gynecology surgery.

I like to keep in touch with my patients through secure messaging. Please feel free to contact me through secure messaging if you have any questions or concerns about your health. I look forward to seeing you for your obstetric and gynecologic care.

33 Single Never had kids. I haven’t had my procedure scheduled yet but it will be for a BiSalp. She’s been my gynecologist for years and I mustered up the courage to ask her about sterilization. She didn’t bingo me at all. She just asked me once if I was sure and she had me sign a consent form. Overall appointment only took about 10 minutes. I mentioned that it went a lot smoother than I imagined and she asked me why. I told her about the countless stories I’ve read about people being rejected. She laughed and asked if I was ready to fight and I said yes. She laughed again and shook her head. “No need for fighting. You’re a grown woman and you can make your own decisions.” I love her to death for that! I asked her if she would be willing to be put on the list and she was happy to be part of it. This doctor doesn’t do the surgery herself but consults with patients before referring them for surgery.
