bilateral salpingectomy, 32 F married. She went through the full list of options available for birth control to me and we talked about why I didn’t want each specific thing that wasn’t a bisalp. I was adamant about wanting a PERMANENT solution with the lowest possible failure rate. She stated that she typically does not sterilize women under the age of 30. So, if you have a uterus and are over 30, she’s definitely a good option.
