bilateral salpingectomy 44yo. I started to have irregular bleeding with birth control pills and did not want an IUD so I asked about sterilization. She explained the procedure and asked if my husband would consider a vasectomy since it’s less invasive and the day of the procedure was I sure I didn’t want any kids. Please note – use this doctor with caution if under 40 as OP is an existing patient and has relevant medical issues, this doctor may not be willing to work on someone younger on an elective basis.
