U of M Obstetrics & Gynecology, 1500 E Medical Center Dr., Ann Arbor, MI 48109. Gave me a tubal ligation (I was 24) and didn’t give me much hassle except to confirm my reasons because she doesn’t want to be sued by someone changing their mind. The surgery and recovery went well and scarring is barely noticeable. Nov 2024. Doctor may no longer be seeing patients.
