Dr. Narcisse completed her undergraduate work at Syracuse University and received her medical degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She is a graduate of a four-year residency at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

When I mentioned I wanted to discuss sterilization, no questions were asked and I was just told that it was permanent and she told me what the procedure consisted of, and asked if I had any questions.
